We believe in being upfront about how this will work long-term.

YFINIQ costs us money to run, particularly the AI assistant which incurs usage-based fees from our model providers. Eventually, to remain sustainable and independent, YFINIQ will introduce a paid plan.

When that happens, existing users will be given plenty of notice. We will never lock your data behind a paywall — you will always be able to export your full history whether you choose to subscribe or not.

For now, the focus is on building the best privacy-first personal finance app possible.
